Documentation: Wholesale update of sphinx config/scripts

Newer versions of Sphinx (espescially v3.0+) break compatibility quite
severely against older kernel versions such as this. There are a very
large number of changes needed to get even rudimentary compilation
working again.

Instead of manually cherry-picking all of the changes, update just the
sphinx configs and scripts by copying the respective files from the
latest upstream version. There'll still be a fairly sizeable number of
warnings and errors with sufficiently new sphinx versions, but at least
it'll build.
kunit_tool: Move log printing out of kunit_parser

Currently, kunit_parser will print a test log in parse_run_tests. This
means that, in kunit_test, there is a lot of confusing output from the
included test logs.

This change makes kunit_parser write its log to a string, which may then
optinally be printed by its caller. In this case, we make the main
'kunit.py' print out the test log when running tests, but to not make
kunit_test do so, as to not clutter the unittest output.

In doing this, the kunit_parser.TestResult type is changed to a class
(with an additional 'pretty_log' function which writes to
TestResult.log_lines), replacing the old namedtuple
implemenatation. There is also an additional
TestResult.print_pretty_log() function to print this log.

Signed-off-by: David Gow <davidgow@google.com>
Change-Id: Ib6c70f9749cf3daf513c150d472b58903aff0202

kunit: test: implement formatters for error codes

Formatters convert integer error codes to their menmonic
string representation. For example, for error code 1 we will
get string "EPERM".

Additionally this change also adds test macroses and modifies
existing macroses to use the newly introduced library where
it's appropriate, so that error messages for failed tests
contain mnemonic representations instead of just error codes.

One note about the implementation is that it basically hardcodes
mapping between error codes and their string representation. An
obvious downside of the approach is that if at some point error
codes are changed (or new error codes are introduced) the
library implementation need to be changed as well.

Assumption here that error codes do not change very often as
user space depends on values of some error codes returned by
kernel. This reasoning however doesn't apply to newly added
errors.

Google-Bug-Id: 118506277
Change-Id: If0628de9db9727e61d0bb8e8d6a9e53afb51baaf
Signed-off-by: Mike Krinkin <krinkin@google.com>

kunit: added KUnit wrapper script and simple output parser

The KUnit wrapper script interfaces with the two modules
(kunit_config.py and kunit_kernel.py) and provides a command line
interface for running KUnit tests. This interface allows the caller to
specify options like test timeouts. The script handles configuring,
building and running the kernel and tests.

The output parser (kunit_parser.py) simply strips out all the output
from the kernel that is outputted as part of it's initialization
sequence. This ensures that only the output from KUnit is displayed
on the screen.

A full version of the output is written to test.log, or can be seen by
passing --raw_output to the wrapper script.

Change-Id: I8dce28ded3aab424dd55421c74fdda7ad1d3436b
Signed-off-by: Felix Guo <felixguoxiuping@gmail.com>
Signed-off-by: Brendan Higgins <brendanhiggins@google.com>
"
